Step 1 - Consultation

First, we want to meet with you face-to-face to get to know each other and begin to build trust from the very start. During this initial consultation, we will listen to what your wants and needs are to get a feel for the project at hand.

We also want to discuss what styles you like, and which you would like to incorporate into this build. You’ll be able to take a look at some of the different plan options that we offer and examine which would work best for the location that you’ve chosen. If you have yet to decide on a location, we’ll work with you to help choose which would be best for the exact build you are wanting.

The final subject for the consultation is discussing budgets and timelines. Staying within budget is one of our main focuses on every project. Here at Bright Homes, we are going to be realistic and open with you about what it is going to take to complete the new build home in the aspects of both the cost of the project as well as the amount of time it’s going to take.

Step 3 - New Build Plans and Design

Now that the location has been finalized, it’s time to start putting design ideas on paper to begin the process of bringing your dream home to life. Our expert contractors at Bright Homes work with professional designers to create unique, yet practical building plans from the ideas that you bring to us. Our clients are extremely involved in this step as our job is to implement your wants and needs into the building plans and designs. By the end of this step, you’ll be able to clearly envision your new home and make any final adjustments that are needed.

Step 4 - Plan Approval and Permits

The next step is to get the final building plans approved by the city of Pleasant Grove and verify that all the necessary permits have been obtained. While waiting for approval and permits can sometimes be mundane, it is a vital part of the home building process and has to be done before any work on the site can begin.
