A beautiful custom home always starts with just a few great ideas. You probably have some of your own, but even if you don’t, we can help. This is what we do every day, so we always have new ideas — lots of them!

Consult
We will set up a time for you to meet with our team of experts, who will first listen to your needs, great ideas and dreams. From there, we will walk through what is possible and realistic, and together make a plan. We will explain our unique and well thought out process that guarantees a stress-free experience for you and a home that you’ve been dreaming of.

Project Development
The next step is Project Development where we walk you through the cost of supplies and labor for your specific project and formulate a budget together. From this point, all the great ideas we’ve discussed will begin to take shape as we develop the building plans, decide on a scope of work, make final selections on details, and fine tune the budget to come up with a fixed price.

Construction Process
Since we have thoroughly planned out your project in the consulting and project development phases, you can now sit back, relax and watch as your dream home becomes a reality. At this point in the process there is no more stress or anxiety around making any more decisions. We take pride in our planning process to insure you there won’t be any last minute added costs or fear of a nine month project turning into a year-and-a-half long nightmare.
