When you are invested in the real estate market as most of us are, it is important to stay on top of the market, especially when you are considering buying a home, selling your home, or you are wanting to keep an eye on your home’s current value.  Each month, I send out two newsletters that can help keep you enlightened on news and events relating to your home.

Email Newsletter

Towards the beginning of each month, I sent out my email newsletter.  This email contains links to real estate articles and links to my blog entries about them, that way you can read my brief summary instead of the whole article.  I also include information about current interest rates and other mortgage related news.  Finally, I let you know what important dates are coming up so you don’t forget them in your busy daily schedule of life.

Printed Mail Newsletter

About the middle of the month, I mail a printed newsletter directly to your home.  This newsletter contains custom articles written specifically for my clients.  These articles give you an easy to understand breakdown of current market statistics to understand what our area is doing, other news regarding the mortgage industry, and a more personal article which often includes household tips to maintain your home and preserve or build its value.  I’ve had clients save these in their home so they can keep referring to some of the helpful tips I’ve sent them.
