Recently, the Salt Lake area Real Estate Association and the local MLS have recreated the MLS system to allow greater access to people like you searching for a home.  Now you can see almost all the information available to agents to help you choose the best home for you.  Best of all, you can have any homes that meet your search criteria emailed directly to you each morning, the day they come on the market.  You’ll also be alerted of any price drops when they happen.  With these alerts, you’ll be able to save properties for later, see full virtual tours, ask questions, make comments, and calculate your mortgage payment.  We’ve also hooked up with Google Maps to allow you to see maps or get right down to a street view and take a virtual drive down the streets in the neighborhood.
